3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bdtok. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bdtok account. You must:

• Each promotion is available only once per eligible player account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion description.
• Welcome bonuses and free spin offers apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not automatically trigger the welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn as real cash. The specific rollover amount is stated in each promotion.
• bdtok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines the offer has been misused or if market conditions change.

Players who abuse promotional systems — including bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, or creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their accounts suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited without the right of appeal.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the bdtok platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtok or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdtok platform without prior written consent from bdtok. Unauthorised use of bdtok's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

bdtok provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bdtok's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bdtok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
